Chaos in the Infinity GSeries! Nail-biting finishes in all 4 races of a historic Round 1

The first round of the 2026 Infinity GSeries was exactly what we all expected… and then some.

Four races, 24 teams, incidents, impossible overtakes, and a level of competition that makes it clear this season will be an all-out war.

Race 1 — OWLS Esports delivers a cinematic finish and becomes the first leader of 2026

The opening race was spectacular, but it was marked by a major crash at the first braking zone.

Dabuten (OWLS) dominated the opening stages, but after his pit stop he had to fight his way back from the back of the field. What followed is already Infinity history: a three-wide finish between Dabuten, Chals (CGT), and JoseArt (OWLS) that left the community breathless.

With this result, OWLS Esports becomes the first official leader of the 2026 season. Customs GT, despite their strong performance, sit 5th in the standings.

Race 2 — Brutal parity early on and an N2 that emerges from the chaos

The second race of the season started strongly, with half the grid swapping positions in some explosive opening laps. That lasted until N2 decided to take control.

From lap 6 onwards, their two drivers set a crushing pace, securing a victory that moves them up to 3rd in the standings, just 4 points off the leader.

Behind them, the parity among the remaining teams produced moments of indescribable racing quality.

Race 3 — Penalties, wild overtakes, and the champion awakening

The third race was a rollercoaster: last-lap overtakes, mistakes, brilliant maneuvers, and four drivers penalized after multiple incidents.

Amid the chaos, Pepi (Freem Esports) delivered a flawless race, backed by his teammate Juju, who secured crucial points.

The reigning champions Freem Esports move up to 2nd in the standings, just 4 points behind OWLS.

Race 4 — Manu wins on the line as Vanquish lose pure gold

The final race of the round was an absolute thriller.

Manu (Kraken Stains GT) beat MiuMiu (Vanquish Esports) on the very finish line, after the VQS driver ran out of fuel just 20 metres from the end, in one of the closest finishes ever seen. However, the incident involving Cuerdo, who finished 9th, hurt the team and leaves Kraken in 6th place overall. Vanquish, despite coming agonizingly close to victory, drop to 4th in the standings.
