Regulation Trinity Series GT 7

1 – PRESENTATION

Trinity Series GT7 is a team-based competition organized by Mach25 Gaming for the Gran Turismo 7 platform. As it is currently in the implementation phase, this regulation only covers the rules applicable to the inaugural event, whose races will take place on December 8 and 11, 2025, and which will include an opening ceremony scheduled for December 4, 2025.

2 – Participation

2.1 Team Concept

Any registered team that meets the following requirements will be considered a team: having a name and a logo that identifies it.

2.2 Team Composition

There is no minimum number of drivers per team, so each team may freely choose which driver to field in the race, even keeping the same driver throughout the competition.

2.3 Registration

Participation is limited to the first 28 registered teams, which will be assigned to two semifinals via a draw conducted at the opening ceremony.
Teams registering beyond the first 28 will be placed on a reserve list and will replace teams that withdraw.
Registration must be completed through the competition website: Mach25Gaming.com.

Confirmation: All registered teams will be contacted by the organization to verify and validate their registration. Only after receiving explicit confirmation from the organization will the team be allowed to compete.

Registration deadline: December 3 at 23:59 (CET).

2.4 No-Show Policy

Any team that, once confirmed, does not show up for the competition without justification will be banned from future events organized by Mach25 Gaming.

3. Competition Structure

The competition will consist of two phases:

  1. Semifinals (Semifinal 1 and Semifinal 2)
  2. Final

3.1 Semifinal Phase

  • Maximum participants per semifinal: 14 teams.
  • Each semifinal will consist of qualifying and race sessions, using the same car but on different circuits.
  • Qualifying: 10 minutes, with no wear or degradation.
  • Pit entry restriction: Entering the pits using the START button is prohibited during qualifying or the race. If a team enters the pit lane during qualifying, re-entry to the track is not allowed.
  • Race duration: Approximately 40 minutes.

Semifinal 1 – December 8

  • Room opens: 20:00 (CET)
  • Entry deadline: 20:15 (CET)
  • Session start (qualifying + race): 20:30 (CET)

3.1.2 Qualifying for the Final and Starting Grid

  • Exact starting positions for teams on the same line will be determined by a draw shortly before the final race.

3.2 Final Phase

  • Maximum participants: 14 teams.
  • Starting positions: Determined by semifinal results and a pre-race draw.
  • f a team cannot attend, they must notify the organization as early as possible. Reserve teams will be selected based on the 8th place finisher of each semifinal.

4. Session Settings and Race Regulations

5. Disciplinary Code

The competition is governed by the rules established in the disciplinary code. Any action not explicitly covered in the disciplinary code or in this document that could warrant a penalty may be implemented ex officio by the organization.

The provisions of this document take priority over the disciplinary code in case of any contradiction.

This regulation and the disciplinary code constitute the official normative reference and cannot be disputed, even if statements made by commentators or collaborators in the media or on social networks contradict them.

6. Designs

Teams are free to present themselves on track with the designs of their choice, provided they do not contain offensive or provocative language, nor include references, logos, or advertising from other championships.

Failure to comply with these rules may be reported ex officio by the organization or by participating drivers and may be sanctioned with disqualification (DQ) from the race or the championship.

The organization reserves the right to request a team to change their design or to disqualify a participant if deemed necessary.

7. Communications

All official communications will be sent from contact@mach25gaming.com to the email address provided by each team during registration.

If there are any changes to any part of the regulation, teams will be notified via email, and the online version of the regulation on Mach25Gaming.com will be updated. It is recommended to consult the online regulation to avoid relying on outdated versions.

Appendix I – Room Disconnections

The procedure to follow will depend on the reason that caused the room disconnection mainly whether the session can be restarted directly or if the issue prevents the race from resuming.

If happens during qualify:

  • If the session can be restarted within 15 minutes, it will be restarted from the beginning, with the qualifying time being equal to or shorter, at the discretion of the stewards, based on accumulated delay and other factors.

If happens during race:

  • % of race completed < 40%:<If the race can be restarted within 15 minutes, the remaining laps will be adjusted approximately, and the race will restart from the original starting grid positions.
If the race cannot be restarted or there is no guarantee that it can be completed safely, the race will be declared null, and the organization will schedule a new date for it. It will be the responsibility of the teams to adapt to the date set by the organization.
  • % of race completed 40% – 66.66%: If the race can be restarted within 15 minutes, the remaining laps will be adjusted approximately, and drivers will complete a formation lap to line up in the positions they held at the time of the disconnection (these positions will be published in the room chat). The race will restart after crossing the start/finish line on the first lap.
If the race cannot be restarted, the race will be considered finished.
  • % of race completed > 66.66%: The race is considered finished in all cases, with half points awarded based on positions in all groups of the round, including those that completed the race without issues.

In all cases where the race can be restarted, drivers will be allowed to change tires and tire compounds.
